EXCELLENT STAY!
excellent locationhelpful staff
The hotel's location IS EXCELLENT near the metro line. I found MANY BEAUTIFUL restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff IS VERY HELPFUL. The breakfast was REALLY GREAT.

The hotel provided convenient access to a nearby metro line. The rainbath shower worked very well, I really enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and friendly,.
I had issues with the card key because it took a while for it to be read by the door. It was a small inconvenience, but one I had to deal with a few times.

The breakfast included scrambled eggs, which I can definitely recommend. They were excellent! The hotel provides a buffet with many options for you to choose from, so you will always find something.

My room included complimentary shower gels which felt luxurious. The bed in the room was particularly comfortable, it made resting easy after long days! The room was quite spacious and easily fit two people.

The location was great. it allowed easy access to local restaurants and bakeries. Plus, it was easy to reach from gare du nord. the hotel staff were lovely and accommodating to every need. the spa was an amazing bonus to my stay!!!
the terrace was unfortunately quite filthy. i had to ask twice to have it cleaned well.

I expected more. Staff was rude. I bought a package. I didnt even get it. I had to pay twice. This ruined a surprise I had planned. The room had a hand print on the door wall. There was mould in the bathroom window. The TV had a crack.
